Jo Burchell

Jo Burchell works with athletes in training and people managing everyday aches, pain and fatigue, specific injuries, chronic niggles and postural tension. Her specialisms include sports and remedial massage, oncology massage and lymphatic work, including manual lymphatic drainage for people recovering from injury or surgery, or dealing with swelling and fluid retention.

Her treatments may use deep tissue and general massage, soft tissue release, friction for soft tissue sprains and strains, neuromuscular techniques for short, tight and overworked muscles, and targeted lymphatic approaches. She is a Level 5 qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist based in Chorleywood and Rickmansworth, with a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy from NLSSM and membership of the Sports Massage Association.
