Reflex East

Reflex East is for women and people who menstruate seeking holistic support with period problems, fertility, pregnancy and post partum. Care is led by Katy Ewen, Clinic Director, reflexologist, fertility awareness mentor and hormone health coach, at the Hackney clinic in London and through online mentoring.

The practice provides reflexology, fertility reflexology, pregnancy reflexology, reproductive reflexology, fertility awareness and hormone health coaching. Katy combines reproductive reflexology with fertility awareness and hormone health coaching, with consultations used to explore factors affecting fertility or period problems and to tailor treatment to the individual.

Specific services include 1:1 Fertility Awareness, Conceive Group, Conceive DIY, a low cost clinic, the Two week wait mini course, Sleep School, initial consultation and treatment, follow-up appointments, one-off pregnancy or relaxation appointments and business mentoring. Online coaching and mentoring are available for cycle tracking, conception, birth control and wider reproductive health support.

Katy qualified as a reflexologist at the London School of Reflexology in 2019 and has completed additional training in fertility reflexology and maternity reflexology. She completed Lisa Hendrickson-Jack’s Fertility Awareness Method Mentorship in 2022, an LGBT+ inclusive health care course through Oakley Coaching, and a women’s hormonal health coaching certification with Nicole Jardim in August 2024. She is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and works to its code of ethics.

The wider clinical offer described by Reflex East includes acupuncture provided by the Don’t Tell Me To Relax team, with fertility specialist acupuncturists operating for Reflex East. The clinic also offers a monthly low cost reflexology clinic and free online sessions and workshops, including fertility awareness training.
