Online Bookings is for people seeking Pilates in Bedford, including pregnancy and postnatal Pilates. The service works with men, women, pregnant women and women who have recently had a baby.

Services include General Pilates, Modified Pilates in Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates. Postural Assessments / Natal Assessment are also offered before Pilates sessions or classes.

Sessions are delivered in a private studio, with equipment provided. The instructor gives corrections and modifications during in-person Pilates.

Tarley is a qualified APPI Pilates Instructor. Her work focuses on Pilates exercise, body awareness, movement support, pregnancy and recovery after childbirth.

All clients complete a health questionnaire before starting. A face-to-face postural and movement assessment is mandatory before sessions or classes.

Pregnant clients complete a maternity screening questionnaire and waiver before continuing. The service does not provide medical advice or operate in a medical capacity. If concerns are highlighted, clients may be advised to seek GP, physiotherapy or orthotic input.
