The Pure Practice

The Pure Practice Ltd is a Bath clinic offering physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, with bookable care for chronic pain and dizziness as well as general physiotherapy appointments. You can book initial and follow-up physiotherapy appointments, including junior, senior and director appointments.

Its services include physiotherapy, sports massage, shockwave therapy, blood flow restriction, Strength Progress, vestibular rehabilitation, small group training and Pilates. Bookable options also include video link consultations, chronic pain assessments and follow-ups, dizziness assessments and follow-ups, lower limb rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and rehabilitation appointments.

Pilates and movement-based sessions include 1:1 Pilates reformer, Barre Training, Matwork Pilates Beginners and Strong & Steady. Lydia Rose is an APPI Pilates Instructor who trained as a Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. She has also completed APPI pre and post-natal Pilates and Reformer qualifications, and delivers 1:1 reformer sessions and a weekly Barre class.

Sports massage is available as a bookable service, alongside the clinic’s physiotherapy and rehabilitation appointments. The practice also offers video link consultations where an appointment by video is appropriate.
