Mrs Nina Dobson

Mrs Nina Dobson is a Senior Physiotherapist who works with people with chronic pain, long-term chronic health conditions and outpatient musculoskeletal concerns. Her clinical focus includes hands-on soft tissue work and myofascial release, alongside personalised strength and balance exercises to support movement, function and confidence.

She has a Masters Degree in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy from UCL and previously worked for 8 years as the Senior Specialist Physio in the RUH Pain Clinic. Her approach includes listening to each client and creating a programme with them to help them look after themselves as well as they can.

Nina works with other clinicians, including anaesthetists, orthopaedic surgeons, psychologists, dietitians, personal trainers, masseurs and occupational therapists, as part of a team approach.
