Active Health Edinburgh is a multidisciplinary health clinic in Edinburgh. It provides physiotherapy and related therapies for new and acute injuries, long-standing conditions and chronic conditions.

The clinic lists treatment for pre and post joint surgery, Achilles tendinopathy, tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow, strains and sprains, shoulder pain, foot and ankle pain, hip pain, knee pain, neck pain, back pain and children’s sports injuries.

Services include physiotherapy, paediatric physiotherapy, women’s health physiotherapy, Mummy MOT, musculoskeletal acupuncture and dry needling, massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, gait analysis and orthotics, shockwave therapy and 1:1 Pilates. Bookable care also includes adult and baby craniosacral appointments, gait scan assessment, sports, remedial and relaxation massage, and physiotherapy appointments linked to AXA, Bupa, Aviva, WPA and Vitality health insurance pathways.

The clinical team includes therapists who are fully qualified, registered with their professional bodies and involved in continuous learning. Consultations include an assessment and a treatment plan based on the patient’s needs, goals and lifestyle.

The clinic is on the south side of Edinburgh and is accessible for wheelchair users and people with mobility difficulties. A ground-floor treatment room can be requested.
